What if I supply the alcohol myself?
A free shopping guide is included with any booking.
This list will break down all the items needed, however, any ingredients that are low or out of stock will be not be the responsibility of the bartender to replenish.
If you choose to provide the alcohol and supplies yourself, please keep this in mind as something as simple as running out of ice can stop the bar from making more drinks until it’s restocked.

Just send a book now form telling us what you think you need and we’ll help with all of the details.
We will also require a photocopy of your ID and a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking with the remaining 75% being due 2 weeks before the day of the event.
Same week bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

What if I want to supply the bar myself?
We go over the drink , mixers and disposables list that you would like to have at your event and send you a free shopping list. Please make sure to have all the stock left at the bar by the time the bartender arrives.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry general and $200 000 liquor liability insurance. If you have any questions on your venue’s restrictions, we would love to reach out to them. We will gladly add your venue on our COI and send your venue a copy. We are a Limited Liability Company, and our staff carries ServSafe Management and/or TIPS certification.
What is a Signature Drink?
A signature drink is a featured cocktail to exemplify the theme or person of the night.
A wedding may have 2 signature drinks named after the bride and groom.
A birthday may have a signature drink that is the birthday boy / girl’s favorite.
We can also make a custom signature drink that you approve and feature at the bar.
How soon should we book a bar?
As soon as possible! We operate on a first come, first serve basis, and bar of choice. A 25% non – refundable retainer and signed contract must be in place to secure a date. This retainer will go towards your final payment. Unfortunately, since we block out your date specifically from further inquiries, we do not offer a retainer refund on cancellations.

If a tip jar is opted out, a 25% gratuity will be added to final invoice for the services.
